Why can't I use my meal plan to swipe my friends in?
Meals on a person's account are to be consumed by the person on the ID card. Purchases for others using these meals are not part of the plan.
What do I do if I lose my ID?
Report your lost or stolen card to the Student Service's Office at (719) 336-1590 located in the Betz West Building. If the office cannot be reached, the voicemail will explain what to do after hours or on weekends.
Who do I talk to if I want something catered?
The Catering Office can assist you in placing your order at (719) 336-1194.
What if I need assistance with getting and carrying my food to a desired seating area?
Ask any of our staff at any dining location across campus, and we will be happy to assist you with whatever you need.
I am sensitive to certain food and on a special diet. Who should I go to for help?
Speak with any our campus restaurant managers or chef’s to navigate your best dining options on campus. You can also contact the Lamar Community College Dining Services office at any time with questions (719) 336-1194.
Can I take food out of the dining hall?
In the Kelly Union Cafeteria, the setting is designed as an all you can eat facility. You are free to pick from any number of entrées and side dishes to enjoy while you are in the facility, but you are only allowed to take a piece of fresh fruit, ice cream cone, or cookie from the facility.
